Alice Casco Wallner

Alice holds a Master of Education from Loyola University Maryland. She also received the Primary Montessori diploma from Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), and the Early Childhood Education diploma from Asuncion, Paraguay.

She worked with children from a young age in her native country (Paraguay), worked as a volunteer in a public Montessori school in Columbia SC, taught at Rock Creek Montessori School in Silver Spring MD, Mater Amoris Montessori School of Ashton and Chesapeake Montessori School of Annapolis. She has over 20 years of experience as a Montessori teacher.

Alice lived in many countries throughout her life, giving her cultural diversity and understanding. She fluently speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.

Rochelle Stevens

Rochelle Stevens holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University and a Level 4+ credential with the Maryland State Department of Education. With over eight years of experience, she is passionate about supporting children’s growth and is excited to continue her journey toward becoming a Montessori teacher.

Charlize Foote

Charlize is currently a student at the Community College of Baltimore County. She plans to transfer to a university in hopes to achieve a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

She has worked with toddlers to school age kids for many years. She has all of required MSDE courses to work as an Aide.

Students

Children of the ages two and a half through six years learn together in our diverse community of no more than 24 students. Students enjoy gaining enthusiasm and confidence by helping and learning from one another. They blossom in an environment that encourages group cooperation blended with individual interests.
